About ESI

ESI is a privately held corporation, based in Plano, Texas (just outside Dallas), that designs and manufactures high-efficiency, low-cost business telephone products, such as IVX C-Class. These products have earned numerous awards from industry publications. ESI products target small- to medium-sized offices, and ESI markets those products through a diverse Reseller organization that stretches across the United States.

ESI builds products that are easy to install, easy to understand and simple to use. ESI proudly engineers and manufactures its systems’ hardware in the U.S. Senior-level ESI engineers and developers create and maintain system software.

The best-known members of the ESI product family are its all-in-one phone systems, such as IVX C-Class. These systems deliver advanced operating performance through seamless feature integration, and are the “smartest” phones on the market — much less in their respective price ranges. While many other manufacturers were late to discover the superior performance and reliability that digital signal processing (DSP) provides in voice storage and retrieval, ESI has been using DSP technology since 1992.
